Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage directly with clinicians, healthcare providers, and institutional clients to gather requirements, interpret clinical queries, and support implementation of genomic or diagnostic workflows.
2. Assist in reviewing and delivering clinical/genetic reports to clients, ensuring scientific accuracy and clinical relevance. Provide post-report support as needed.
3. Work closely with internal stakeholders including analysts, bioinformaticians, designers, and management to ensure alignment of clinical goals with technical feasibility.
4. Participate in strategic decision-making, including service development, pricing models, turnaround time (TAT) improvements, and quality enhancements.
5. Provide scientific input in the creation of clinical marketing materials, educational brochures, website content, and social media communication.
6. Strongly involve in Tertiary reporting, assess feedback, contribute in generation of meaningful and scientifically relevant data report, and support client retention efforts through improved solution and expert science driven tailored inputs.
